Ms. Kristina M.
Alimard, CPA MBA, is Chief Operating Officer at University of Virginia Investment Management Co. She oversees the infrastructure necessary to support the effective investment of UVIMCO’s Long Term Pool, and ensures the proper accounting and control of the funds entrusted to UVIMCO by the University and related foundations.
Ms. Alimard joined UVIMCO in April 2003.
Prior to joining UVIMCO, she was employed as a senior financial analyst with GE Financial Assurance and as a manager in the Global Financial Strategies Group of KPMG LLP.
Ms. Alimard earned a BS from the University of Delaware and and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
She is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Maryland.
