Leonid works for over a decade now with PEVC firms advising their Investment Teams.
Clients are mainly institutional global funds (like Blackstone, KKR, CVC, Bain, BC Partners).
His personal experience involves over 100 engagements.
A number of PEVC engagements were done together with Omiros.
He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, specializing in private equity strategy.
Leonid’s entrepreneurial ventures include being the COO of a $126m software company and the CEO of a telecommunications firm.
He holds an MD from Duke University, a PhD from Oxford University and a BA from Cornell University.
He trained in Corporate Finance at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
