Ms. Lillian Sun is the Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Vision Knight Capital.
She has over 25 years of experiences in the financial field work in China.
Within the Vision Knight Capital, Ms. Sun is responsible for the work regarding the fund raising, investor relationship and fund governance and compliance.
She is also in charge of the financial management for both the fund and the management company.
On the other hand, she monitors the financial management and business plan implement of the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Vision Knight Capital, she had worked as CFO or financial controller at various renowned corporations.
Before joining VKC, Lillian was the China Region FC of Rockwell Collins, which is a FT 500 company & NY listed company as well as a world’s leading provider for aviation electronics solutions.
Before that, Lillian worked as the CFO for two PE/VC funds, DragonTech and ChinaVest.
She has rich experience in fund governance, compliance, LP reporting and LP relationship with the working experience in these two funds.
She also worked as a finance manager for PepsiCo Food International (PFI), a world leading fast consumer product company.
Prior to that, she was a senior accountant at PwC CPA Firm.
Ms. Sun received her Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University.
Ms. Sun also holds certificates of CICPA and AMAC.
