Mr. Mark Lippert studied business administration at the University of Hamburg and acquired foreign experience from educational and working stays of one year each in Salt Lake City and Madrid.
During his studies, he built up an advertising agency as managing partner.
He worked for five years in the Corporate Finance and Auditing segments of one of the Big Five.
There, he managed national and cross-border M&A activities and due diligence processes for private equity firms and big international companies.
In addition, he carried out audits of annual accounts and business valuations.
Prior to joining the Equity Partners team in the year 2001, Mr. Lippert worked as an independent Corporate Finance consultant.
