Mr. Matthew G.
Butcher is the Group Head of Research at Brewin Dolphin Ltd.
He joined Brewin Dolphin in October 2004 as the Head of Fund Research, responsible for long-only fund research and alternative investments.
In 2008, he was made responsible for all aspects of research within the Group.
Prior to joining Brewin Dolphin, he was responsible for fund selection within the strategic investment group at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Mr. Butcher holds a Master of Arts degree in History from Cambridge University and is a CAIA charter holder.
