Maurice Mmaduakolam Iwu is the founder of International Centre for Ethnomedicine & Drug Development, Bioresource Development & Conservation Programme.
He currently holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc and is the President of Bioresources Institute of Nigeria.
Previously, he served as the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission from 2005 to 2010 and was a Professor at the University of Nigeria from 1984 to 1993.
He received his graduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Bradford.
