Ms. Meriem Cherkaoui is a Partner at ACPI Investments Ltd. She joined the firm in 2009 and is the COO, compliance officer and a member of the investment team.
Ms. Cherkaoui was responsible for developing the Principal Investment activities at ACPI which included investment analysis, corporate governance, project structuring, legal coordination, project management & monitoring and investor relations.
She has structured and organized the deployment of over US$ 500m of capital in multiple transactions across sectors such as real estate, technology, financial companies, industry and structured finance in Europe, the US, India and Brazil.
Ms. Cherkaoui earned a Maitrise in Management from Université Paris IX Dauphine in 2002, a DEA in Management Sciences (Finance) from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas in 2003 and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005.
