Mr. Michael Bruce, CFA CA, is Senior Vice President at IG Realty Investments, Inc. He is responsible for accounting and reporting for IGRI’s funds and various development programs.
He is responsible for managing a team with various designations to produce timely accounting and financial information for select IGRI clients.
Commencing his real estate experience with Toronto’s largest condominium developer, he also expanded his scope of real estate exposure with a developer of low rise and high rise real estate with an industrial asset portfolio that also invested in land.
Prior to joining IG Realty, Mr. Bruce has focused his career in the real estate industry since branching out from a professional accounting environment.
Commencing with Tridel Corporation, Toronto's largest condominium developer, he then expanded his scope of real estate exposure with Georgian Corporation which invests in land, low rise and high rise real estate development along with an industrial asset portfolio.
Mr. Bruce is a graduate of Business and Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
He holds the Chartered Analyst designation.
