Mr. Michael Hirano is Executive Vice President-Operations at Global Equity Capital LLC.
Prior to that, Mr. Hirano was CFO of Artemis International Solutions Corporation (1999-2001) where he assisted in a successful turnaround and was involved in numerous acquisitions.
Also played an integral part in the sale of Artemis to Proha Oyj, a publicly traded Finnish software maker.
From 1994-1999, Mr. Hirano served as COO/CFO of CUSA, Inc., a publicly traded company on NASDAQ that developed and distributed software solutions in the credit union marketplace, where he was responsible for completing numerous acquisitions and the eventual sale of the company to Fiserv Corporation.
He is currently with Global Equity Capital.
Mr. Hirano earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
