Mr. Lisak's career began at Morgan Stanley, where he served as an Executive Director within their equity technology division.
Additionally, he was a member of the Equity Trading Lab (ETL), where he specialized in algorithmic trading and electronic market making.
His role within the ETL helped to provide cutting edge cash equities market making and algorithmic trading solutions to Morgan Stanley’s trading desks world-wide.
His most recent experience before co-founding Quantbot was as a member of Merrill Lynch’s statistical arbitrage (QSA) and automated market making (AMM) groups, responsible for electronic market making and high frequency trading technology.
He holds a BS in Computer Science from New York University.
