Dr. Michael Reiter is a Head of Research Group at Institut für Höhere Studien.
He has been Head of the Department of Economics and Finance since January 2014.
He joined the IHS in 2007.
Before that, he joined the University Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, first as an Assistant Professor and then as an Associate Professor.
He was Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Western Ontario in 1994/95.
He received his Ph.D.
from the University of Munich in 1993.
