Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 1994, Mr. Schatt was director of the real estate advisory practice for Coopers & Lybrand LLC, advising foreign pension funds on the acquisition and disposition of U.S.
real estate assets and assisting clients in evaluating public real estate investments as an alternative to private real estate investments.
Mr. Schatt received his BA from Rutgers University and his MA from the University of Chicago.
