Mr. Sullivan serves as Chief Compliance Officer of the firm’s registered funds and supports the firm’s compliance program.
Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Sullivan worked as a consultant, providing compliance consulting services to investment advisors, hedge funds and private equity funds.
Previously, Mr. Sullivan was Director of Compliance at Charles Schwab, where he built and managed compliance programs and advised the portfolio management, research, trading and other business groups on fund and adviser compliance.
Prior to that, he was a Compliance Analyst at AXA Rosenberg Investment Management, LLC, an Assistant Vice President at Wellington Management Company, LLP, and a Vice President in the compliance department at Bank of America.
Mr. Sullivan began his compliance career at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Legal Product Manager in its Corporate Legal Department.
Mr. Sullivan received his Bachelor of Administration in Anthropology from Vassar College and his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
