Mike Jenkins joined Battle Group in 2016.
From 2016 to 2018, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of ARCTOS (www.arctos-us.com).
He currently supports financial-accounting initiatives across the Firm and serves as a Director of B&A (www.bna-inc.com).
Prior to joining Battle Group, Mike was Chief Financial Officer of Anderson Press, a multinational member of a large family-owned conglomerate, with majority investments in companies across a diverse group of industries.
While at Anderson Press, he oversaw all finance and accounting functions for the portfolio of companies and also led all business development efforts, including the successful exit of several key investments.
Prior to joining Anderson Press, Mike spent 10 years in investment banking, including leadership roles with both Wachovia Securities and RBC Capital Markets, where he provided mergers & acquisitions and capital raising advisory services to middle market and emerging growth companies.
He began his career with KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mike earned an MBA degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he was a Fuqua Scholar, and MAcc and BBA degrees from the University of Georgia.
