Mr. Nicolas Azar is General Manager at Al Mal Capital PSC.
Mr. Azar has over 12 years of experience in managerial positions, investment banking, corporate finance, and corporate banking covering different industries.
Since 2012, he's responsible for managing Al Mal Capital and heading the investment banking department.
He held a number of positions in the Investment Banking department since joining Al Mal in 2006.
He has led and worked on several investment banking transactions including M&A, divestitures, equity capital market (IPO and Private Placements), structuring, valuation, and due diligence covering different sectors.
Mr. Azar was previously with Fransabank where he was in charge handling a portfolio of corporate clients (debt, structuring, project finance) in various sectors.
He started his career with Societe Generale as an analyst and then relationship manager in the corporate banking department where he was involved in analyzing corporate issues and working on syndicated loans and project finance transactions.
Mr. Azar is a holder of an MBA from ESCP Europe and a Masters in Finance from St. Joseph University
