Ms. Noel B. Barnard has successful business management experience across a wide range of industries in both large and small organizations.
Her proven sales, leadership, and management skills have been recognized by peers and business associates across the globe, along with her keen focus on customer service and loyalty.
Ms. Barnard is a Partner with Top Gun Ventures, a retained executive search firm with offices in Austin, Dallas, Boston, and Palo Alto.
From August 2000 through May 2006, Ms. Barnard served as Chairman and CEO of HyPerformix, a leading performance management software and services company.
Prior to HyPerformix, Ms. Barnard held a variety of senior management and executive positions including Vice President, IBM/Tivoli; Managing Principal & National Practice Leader, IBM Global Services; Senior Vice President of Business Development, Snyder Communications; and Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations, The Sabre Group, a division of AMR, parent to American Airlines.
Throughout her career, Ms. Barnard has been credited with the successful startup of multiple new business ventures and has a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new market and business opportunities in high-growth environments.
Additionally, Ms. Barnard has been recognized for her leadership in customer service, her ability to close deals, and her strength in recruiting, building, and motivating strong management teams.
Ms. Barnard graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Office Education from Northwestern State University .
She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Entrepreneur's Foundation of Central Texas, Klarovue Technologies, and Opus8.
