Profil
Mr. Dobbs joined Tribeca Global Management LLC in 2004 as Head of Global Equities and Credit Trading.
Mr. Dobbs joined Citigroup in 1999 to run Nikko Citigroup's and Citigroup's Asian Equities Trading Businesses that included cash, derivatives, and program trading.
He also founded and ran the largest proprietary trading business within Equities.
In 2004 he returned to the U.S.
to run U.S.
Equities Risk Management for Citigroup.
Prior to joining Tribeca, Mr. Dobbs spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs where he worked as a proprietary trader and had a series of responsibilities including convertible trading, tax arbitrage, volatility arbitrage and recruiting for the London Equities Division.
He ultimately became Head of U.S.
Euro Convertibles Bond trading, and Co-Head of International Trading including Japan, Asia, Canada, Latin American and Europe.
Mr. Dobbs holds a BA from Oxford University.
