Pat Genn joined the Group in December 2006 as Group HR Manager.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel And Development and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR gained predominantly within the financial services sector.
Specialising in change management, business restructuring, performance management and HR Development, he holds a Certificate in Training Practice.
As Group HR Manager he recognises the importance of HR working in partnership with the business to ensure organisational needs are met and he is happy to provide business focused solutions across a wide range of people issues
