Before Hannon Armstrong Capital, Patrick was a Principal at Pacific Gas and Electric Company where he negotiated, structured, and executed over $2 billion in power purchase agreements (PPAs).
He began his civilian career at Merrill Lynch in the Debt Capital Markets group.
His experience includes transactions in solar PV, solar thermal, geothermal, wind, biomass, and renewable energy credits (REC).
Prior to his career in energy, Patrick was a U.S.
Air Force Pilot where he served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Patrick is a graduate of the U.S.
Air Force Academy (BS in Economics) and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (MBA).
