He then spent two years as Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Mid America Federal Savings and Loan, one year as Senior Security Analyst at the State Teacher's Retirement System of Ohio and three years at Sun Bank of Florida as Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager.
He joined Laird Norton Trust Company as Vice President and Portfolio Manager in 1989 and Wentworth, Hauser and Violich in 1999.
He was awarded his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1987.
Mr. Fawcett received a BBA from Gonzaga University in 1976 and a MBA from Capital University in 1982.
