He also held management positions with Motorola Semiconductor and IBM.
His experiences include multiple start-up companies and developing new high growth businesses inside established technology companies.
These experiences range from founding start-ups to managing turn-around situations including the purchase and sale of product lines and entire companies.
He was on the Board of Directors of the Stanford Alumni Association, is a member of the Stanford Associates volunteer organization and is on the Board of Directors of the Stanford Business School Alumni Association.
Mr. Pompa earned a B.S.
and an MBA both from Stanford University.
