The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) is an independent, not-for-profit organization that provides arbitration services to the business community. The SIAC is based in Singapore, Singapore. The organization administers arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being. Since its establishment in 1991, SIAC has gained a reputation for offering best-in-class arbitration services. The SIAC arbitration awards have been enforced in many jurisdictions worldwide. SIAC also offers investment arbitration rules and UNCITRAL rules. Additionally, SIAC has a young SIAC group (YSIAC) that aims to promote the use of international arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, both regionally and internationally.
