At Hillswick, Ms. Lai was promoted to assume the responsibilities of Chief Administrative Officer.
In her role as CAO, she oversaw the integration of a new ‘best in class’ compliance and trading order management system along with a new bond analytics system.
She holds a B.A.
from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
