Mr. Richard A. Flax is Senior Vice President & Emerging Markets Equity Analyst at PIMCO Europe Ltd.
Prior to joining PIMCO in 2011, he worked as an Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for 10 years.
He also served as co-Chair of GSAM's emerging market equity investment committee, and co-Portfolio Manager for GSAM's equity funds investing in Brazil, Russia, India and China since the funds' inception in 2006.
