Prior to moving in-house, Mr. Kaufman was a partner at Peper, Martin, Jensen, Maichel and Hetlage in St. Louis, Missouri, where he practiced for nine years.
Previously, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E.
Seiler, Chief Justice of the Missouri Supreme Court.
Mr. Kaufman received his law degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (J.D., 1976) and his baccalaureate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A., 1972).
