Prior to joining Diversified Trust in 2000, Mr. Lineberger was a Partner of Miller & Martin LLP, he was responsible for tax, probate and estate planning matters in the firm's Nashville office.
He spent more than ten years in the practice of law.
Mr. Lineberger is an active member in the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Nashville.
He is a Board Member of the Tennessee Wildlife Federation and previously served on the national Board of Trustees of Delta Waterfowl.
Mr. Lineberger received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Auburn University.
In addition, he received his J.D.
from the University of Memphis and an LL.M.
in Taxation from the University of Florida.
