Hall is a Chairman at Hall Capital Management Co., Inc.
After working as a stockbroker with Paine Webber in Boston, he was tapped by Rhode Hospital Trust National Bank to become an investment advisor managing $400 million in assets.
He then was appointed Fleet National Bank’s youngest-ever Vice President.
He headed up its Pension Division, overseeing the management of over $1.2 billion, and was a member of the bank’s Investment Policy Committee.
Sensing the need to offer a substantive alternative to large brokerage firms and bank trust departments, he then co-founded The Providence Group Investment Advisory Group in 1976.
Mr. Hall earned his B.A. from Brown University.
