Previously, Mr. Saul was a Director of the Carroll County General Hospital Foundation, the Carroll County Hospice and Maryland-Delaware-D.C.
Press Association, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Westminster Development Corp.
He worked for The Virginian-Pilot.
Mr. Saul received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College in 1976 and an MBA from the University of North Carolina in 1978.
