Mr. Bailey brings 35 years of finance, technical and consulting experience to Nathaniel Energy.

In addition to his merger and acquisition role, from 1994 to 2000 Mr. Bailey has been an adjunct professor at Pikes Peak Community College teaching geology and physical geography.
Mr. Bailey earned a B.S.
degree in geology in 1962 from the University of New Mexico.
He completed the course work for a Ph.D.
degree in geology in 1965 at the University of New Mexico and completed a year of graduate studies at the University of Arizona in finance and mining economics in 1974.
