Prior to joining Composition Wealth, he founded New Sheridan Advisors, an investment management firm focused on international investments, that was acquired by Champlain Investment Partners (CIP) in 2015.
While at CIP, Mr. Hoss was a Partner and Portfolio Manager of the firm’s Emerging Market strategies.
He began his career at Roth Capital Partners where he started as a Research Analyst covering U.S.
consumer companies and eventually became a Partner and Director of Research.
He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy.
He received his Masters of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business Administration and later became a CFA charterholder.
