Dr. Ruxandra Burdescu is a Senior Public Sector Specialist at The World Bank.
She is in the Governance Unit of the Latin American and the Caribbean Region, where she first worked when she joined the World Bank in 2002.
She is currently supporting public sector reforms in corporate governance, tax, public financial management, and information and communication technology across the Caribbean and Central American countries.
In her 17-year career at the World Bank, she has worked with development and governance projects across all regions.
She received her doctorate degree from American University.
