Mr. Scott Walters is Chief Operating Officer & Partner at Palomar Ventures.
Prior to joining Palomar in 2004, he spent five years as Chief Financial Officer at DynaFund Ventures, where he directed the firm's entire financial affairs while actively assisting its portfolio companies with their financial and operational issues.
He also worked closely with the Managing Directors to determine the appropriate strategy and vision to support all investment decisions, including pre-investment due diligence, term sheet review, alternative deal structures and post-investment portfolio company monitoring.
He previously enjoyed four years with DreamWorks SKG and five years with The Walt Disney Company, where he held senior management positions in finance, planning and operations.
He began his career as a Senior Valuation Analyst at Arthur Anderson & Co. for three years.
Mr. Walters earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from the University of California at Los Angeles.
He was recently selected to join The National Venture Capital Association's CFO Task Force.
