Steven Balasiano has been Vice President and General Counsel since joining The Children's Place in December 1995 and Corporate Secretary since January 1996.
From 2000 until September 2003, Mr. Balasiano also served as Vice President, Human Resources.
Prior to joining The Children's Place, Mr. Balasiano practiced law in the New York offices of the national law firms of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from 1992 to 1995 and Kelley Drye & Warren from 1987 to 1992.
