Prior to joining Criterion Research Group, Mr. Figueiredo was a global telecommunications analyst at Schroder Investment Management for 3 ½ years, where he led the research in the sector coordinating nine analysts at seven offices worldwide.
While at Schroders, he also managed the telecommunications sector of a global equity fund, successfully outperforming his benchmark for his entire tenure at the fund.
Before joining Schroders, Mr. Figueiredo was a New York based sell-side analyst at Caspian Securities, an emerging markets boutique, following the Latin American telecommunications sector.
While at Caspian, Mr. Figueiredo followed the sector and guided institutional investors on investments in the telecommunications sector in the region.
