Mr. Herschel V.
Leverett, IV, is a Managing Director & Head of Alternative Investments at Russell Investment Management LLC.
He manages the firm’s hedge fund and private market teams to ensure the investment integrity of research and portfolio solutions.
In addition, he oversees and coordinates the product strategy of alternative investments globally.
He is a member of the Investment Division Leadership team.
Prior to taking on the managing director position, Mr. Leverett was the Director of Business Development.
He has been involved in Russell Investments’ alternative investment business since 1996.
He has also worked closely with large institutional clients on various aspects of their investment programs, including investment policy, asset allocation, operations, and performance analysis since 1988.
He is the President of Russell Investments Capital, LLC., which is currently a registered Investment Adviser.
In addition, He holds a number of directorships on offshore Russell Investments entities.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University.
