Prior to joining Octagon in 2013, Mr. Chandiramani was a Vice President at Rothschild in its Global Financial Advisory business focused on Debt Advisory and Restructuring where he was involved with assisting clients evaluate and execute strategic balance sheet alternatives.
His experience includes advising clients on both in and out-of-court recapitalizations as well as M&A and strategic advisory assignments.
Prior to joining Rothschild, he was an associate at Bear Stearns & Co. within the Leveraged Finance Group.
Mr. Chandiramani received a BA in Economics from The University of Michigan in 2003 and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2007.
