Mr. William A. Reid is a Head of Charities at Quilter Cheviot Ltd. He have been managing charitable, company and high net worth portfolios since 2003.
He sits on the Investment Oversight Committee and Charity Asset Allocation Sub-Committee.
Prior to his City career, Mr. Reid spent a decade working in the Royal Navy, including seven years in the Submarine Service.
His city career began in 2002 at Laing & Cruickshank and UBS, before joining Cheviot, as a partner, in 2006.
Cheviot merged with Quilter in 2013, at which time he was promoted to Head the Charities department.
He holds a BA in Economics and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI).
