Currently, Robert F. Schultz is Chairman of AKRA Builders, Inc. and Chairman for Midland States Bank.

He is also on the board of Midland States Bancorp, Inc. and Managing Partner at J.M. Schultz Investment LLC and Managing Member at Red Bird Investors LLC.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and a graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
