Currently, Fang Han occupies the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board for China Telecom Corp. Ltd. Ms. Han is also on the board of China Tower Corp. Ltd. and China Telecom Group Investment Co., Ltd.

In the past Ms. Han held the position of Chairman-Supervisory Board of China Communications Services Corp. Ltd., Chief Accountant of China Telecom Global Ltd. and Member-Supervisory Board at China Telecommunications Corp. Ltd.

Ms. Han received an undergraduate degree from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications and a graduate degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
