Presently, Ramirez Rivera is Senior Vice President of EVERTEC, Inc.

In her past career Ms. Rivera held the position of Manager-Assurance Services & Audit at Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP and Director-Loan Review at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Puerto Rico.

Ms. Rivera received an undergraduate degree from Bentley University.
