Gavin joined United Utilities in September 94.
Gavin first gained telecoms experience when working for GPT (Plessey).
He worked as Head of Legal for Norweb and became Solicitor for the Energy and Telecommunications Division following the creation of United Utilities, before transferring to Your Communications in November 99.
Prior to joining Norweb he was Group Secretary/Legal Adviser at Simon Engineering plc.
