Profil
Prior to joining Glendon Partners in 2007, Ms. Chen spent six years with Bain & Company in the United States and Canada.
While at Bain, Ms. Chen lead client and consulting teams on growth strategy and performance improvement projects in several industries, including tech, telecom and manufacturing.
In addition, she conducted strategic due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.
Ms. Chen also worked as a Summer Associate in 2004 at Golden Gate Capital.
Ms. Chen earned a BA with First Class Honors in Political Science from Queen's University in Canada and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
