Janet Giuliani is responsible for all leasing activities for the three Bala Plaza office buildings and acts as liaison between investors, local commissioners, attorneys, and architects.
She is currently playing a lead role in the redevelopment of the project.
In her original role at Tishman Speyer, Janet was instrumental in the successful rezoning of City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the firm in 2004, she worked with GIC, the Prudential Insurance Company of America and Wharton Econometrics.
Janet is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and serves as Vice Chair of the City Avenue Special Services District and Chair of the City Avenue Marketing Committee.
Janet has a BS in environmental resource management from Pennsylvania State University and holds an MBA in marketing from Drexel University.
