Jas Bal

Jas Bal has worked in the concession-based infrastructure market for several years with a particular focus on competitive primary bidding and investment management, including the restructuring and management of distressed investments during construction.
Prior to joining Henderson in 2007, Jas worked for Barclays Private Equity and Carillion Plc where he focused on various concession-based investments in the UK and Ireland.
Jas has extensive experience in project consortia, restructuring and refinancing.
Key projects include the Bangor and Comber Schools, the Oxford Radcliffe hospital and the A249 road projects.
Jas holds a MSc in Finance from London Business School and a BA (Hon) from the University of Sheffield.
