Kathleen Servidea is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Gallatin.
Previously, Ms. Servidea served as General Counsel of Peak 8 Asset Management, where she oversaw all legal aspects of the business.
Prior to joining Peak 8, Ms. Servidea was Deputy General Counsel of TP ICAP, where she managed the corporate legal function for the Americas.
Prior to that, Ms. Servidea was Associate General Counsel of Partner Reinsurance Company’s investment management group.
At PartnerRe, she acted as primary legal counsel to the Principal Finance and Strategic Investment groups, overseeing alternative fixed income, private equity and private fund transactions along with related tax and regulatory matters.
Ms. Servidea began her career as an associate at Dechert LLP, where she focused on a wide variety of ABS and CMBS securitizations.
She holds a BA from McGill University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
