Nomathibana Ziyanda Matshoba

Ms. Nomathibana Z.
Matshoba, CFA, is a Managing Director & Senior Portfolio Manager at Terebinth Capital Pty Ltd. She is also the Head of Credit Committee and Risk & Compliance Committee Member.
She is the lead Portfolio Manager on the Enhanced Income, Aggressive Income and Active Bond, as well as co-manager on the Strategic Income, Money Market and Hedge strategies.
Ms. Matshoba joined Terebinth as Portfolio Manager in September 2017 from Catalyst Fund Managers, where she was an Investment Analyst specializing in listed property analysis.
Prior to her employment at Catalyst, she co-managed the strategic cash (including the Jibar Plus fund) and money market funds at Coronation Fund Managers, where she also had responsibilities in credit and general fixed income research.
She has also worked within various divisions in the Old Mutual Group, the last position being as a Senior Strategy Analyst in the Old Mutual Emerging Markets team.
She holds a Master of Philosophy degree, with a major in Mathematics of Finance from the University of Cape Town.
She is a CFA charter holder with a Bachelor of Business Science, majoring in Actuarial Science.
