He became a Financial Advisor in 1971 before joining the firm in 1974.
In 1989, he assumed the additional duties of Appleton Branch Office Manager.
In January of 2007, after 18 years of serving in this role, he retired from the Branch Manager position to devote more time to his greatest pleasure, working with clients.
Mr. Culver holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
