Mr. Stephen M.
Willer, CFA, is a Chief Investment Officer at Kentucky Public Pensions Authority.
Mr. Willer joined KPPA in April 2020 as Fixed Income Division Director.
He has over 25 years of institutional asset management experience and is responsible for overseeing the Office of Investments at the Kentucky Public Pensions Authority (KPPA) and managing the fixed income investments.
Previously, Mr. Willer was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Strategist at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he was responsible for developing and implementing portfolio strategies, asset allocations and hedging strategies.
He has also held various portfolio management positions with Deutsche Investment Management and INVESCO Worldwide Fixed Income, where he managed portfolios, produced fundamental and macro research and relative value analysis to support global investment platforms.
