In his past career he occupied the position of Chief Development Officer at Omni Bio Pharmaceutical, Inc. and Senior Vice President for Wyeth Vaccines Research.

Dr. Forrest received a doctorate from the University of Adelaide and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
