In his past career he occupied the position of Secretary, Treasurer & Director of International Law Association, Secretary of Relevium Technologies, Inc., Director & General Counsel at NHS Industries Ltd. and Director at Bitumen Capital, Inc.

Mr. Johnson received a graduate degree from McGill University and an undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
